To get started with Toffer, download the app from the App Store and create your account. Once logged in, you can set up your restaurant profile, configure your menu, and start managing orders right away.
Account Setup: Register with your business email and follow the on-screen steps to configure your restaurant profile.
Menu Management: Add your menu items, categories, and pricing directly from the app dashboard.
Order Management: Receive and manage customer orders in real time from the Orders tab.
Points & VIP Club: Enable the Points Reward and VIP Club features from the Loyalty section in Settings.
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter the email address associated with your account. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@toffer.ca.
You can upgrade or change your subscription plan at any time from Settings > Subscription inside the app. Changes take effect immediately and your billing will be adjusted accordingly.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Toffer in your iPhone's Settings > Notifications > Toffer. Also ensure you are on an active subscription plan, as push notification limits vary by plan.
You can export your data at any time from Settings > Data > Export. Data will be prepared and sent to your registered email address as a downloadable file.
To cancel your Toffer subscription, go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You can also manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings on your iPhone.
App not loading: Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, check your internet connection and ensure you have the latest version of Toffer installed.
Login issues: Clear the app cache by going to your iPhone Settings > Toffer > Clear Cache, then try logging in again.
Orders not appearing: Ensure your device has an active internet connection and that the Toffer service is not experiencing downtime. Check our status page or contact support.
Payment errors: Verify your payment details are up to date in Settings > Billing. If the problem continues, contact your bank or reach out to us directly.
